How do I get my files after purchase?

All resources are instant digital downloads. After checkout you’ll get a download link by email and on your order confirmation page — no waiting, no shipping.

Can I print and use resources with more than one client?

Yes — resources are licensed for use with your own caseload as a single user. See the full terms in each resource’s Terms of Use page.

Delivery, refunds & cancellations

Digital resources

All resources are digital products delivered by instant download. Because you get access immediately, we’re unable to offer refunds once a resource has been downloaded, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you haven’t yet downloaded your file and change your mind, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full. If a file is faulty or doesn’t match its description, email us and we’ll fix, replace, or refund it.

Merchandise

Merchandise is made to order, so we can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

To request a refund, email us with your order number and the reason for your request. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
